Welcome to Sanghvi Hospital’s X-ray and Sonography Services!
At Sanghvi Hospital, we understand the critical role that diagnostic imaging plays in providing accurate and timely medical assessments. Our X-ray and Sonography Department is equipped with state-of-the-art imaging technology and staffed by experienced radiologists, technologists, and support staff. We offer a comprehensive range of imaging services to aid in the diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of various medical conditions.
Our Imaging Services include:
X-ray: We provide digital X-ray imaging services that allow us to capture detailed images of bones, joints, and internal organs. X-rays are commonly used to detect fractures, bone infections, lung conditions, and abnormalities in the chest, abdomen, and extremities. Our advanced digital technology ensures high-quality images with reduced radiation exposure.
Ultrasound (Sonography): Our ultrasound department utilizes advanced ultrasound technology to produce real-time images of soft tissues, organs, and blood vessels. Ultrasound imaging is non-invasive and does not involve radiation. We offer a wide range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, vascular, musculoskeletal, and thyroid ultrasound.
Doppler Studies: We perform Doppler studies to assess blood flow and detect abnormalities in blood vessels. Doppler ultrasound is used to evaluate conditions such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT), peripheral artery disease (PAD), varicose veins, and vascular malformations. It helps in determining blood flow direction, velocity, and detecting any blockages or abnormalities.
3D/4D Ultrasound: We offer advanced 3D and 4D ultrasound imaging that provides detailed three-dimensional images of the fetus during pregnancy. These images offer a more comprehensive view of the baby’s development, allowing parents to bond with their unborn child and detect any potential abnormalities or anomalies.
Interventional Radiology: Our skilled interventional radiologists perform minimally invasive procedures using imaging guidance. These procedures include image-guided biopsies, drainages, and interventions for various conditions, such as abscesses, tumors, and fluid collections. Interventional radiology techniques offer less pain, reduced recovery time, and fewer complications compared to traditional surgical procedures.
